Startpoint
I’ve owned the business name for a while, and used it for the occasional bit of freelance work, but now is the time I get serious with using Startpoint Multimedia and have upped the ante by joining forces with a long time friend (Ben) and his business (Imagenta).
With our combined talents, resources, and the fact that we get along so well together, we will be sailing under the banner of Startpoint. With a handful of skilled staff members and a physical office, we’re open for business and laying down a firm foundation for our future success.
You can find us on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, The Unofficial Blog, The Official Blog and of course, on our very own site.
I’ll undertaking a wide variety of tasks, but I will be spending a lot of time on content writing, social media, blogging and procuring cool stuff for the office.
But before I go out my front door and head off to the office every morning, I do check in on Lensroll.com and check out the last 24 hours worth of submissions, so I can cull out the obvious crud and also promote to the front page lenses which stand out from the crowd. And if all goes well I also hope to update the Lensroll Blog with a weekly update. Which is a mixture of tips, advice, news and the odd rant.
So stick around for the ride. And embrace 2011 and all the opportunities this new year brings.

Just a reminder, and even though it says it on the submission page almost every second day (and sometimes even every day for a few days running) someone does it anyway… two links per day is allowed, if its three I’ll turn a blind eye but they don’t stand a much of a chance of being bumped up to the front page, and four or more links sees them ALL deleted. If I have the time I also go and KillSpam the submitter, which means all previous stuff is also wiped out.
Mind you, I don’t hate doing it. It actually brings me much joy to smack people for not following the simple instructions.
