All over Wyoming (especially within the national parks), as well as much of Montana and Idaho, you will see huge displays of huckleberry products. Purple jams, pancake mixes, candies and more in pretty packaging explode off shelves in gift shops and groceries in and around Yellowstone, Grand Teton and Jackson Hole.
So what exactly is this stuff? What does it taste like?
